This is Why You Should Try To Walk Around the Plane For a Bit During a Long-Haul Flight

Not doing so could result in some health problems.

What's the longest flight you've every experienced? If you've been on long-haul flights, you'll understand how boring and tiring long-distance travelling can be. 


Try walking around the plane next time if you're on a long-haul flight. Stretch your legs, that'll take some of the weariness away. It'll also help prevent something called deep vein thrombosis (DVT) from happening.

This is to prevent blood flow from becoming stagnant in our bodies due to long hours of minimal body movement. Stretching and moving about helps in encouraging blood flow in our bodies.
