What's the longest flight you've every experienced? If you've been on long-haul flights, you'll understand how boring and tiring long-distance travelling can be.
Try walking around the plane next time if you're on a long-haul flight. Stretch your legs, that'll take some of the weariness away. It'll also help prevent something called deep vein thrombosis (DVT) from happening.
