4 Ways To Make Healthy Pancakes

Yes, it's possible!

Not that the pancakes that you usually have are unhealthy, just that the guys at Buzzfeed have found ways to make them healthier! 

 

Here are four recipes you can try:

 

 

 

 

#1 Banana Pancake

 

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

2 eggs

1 tea spoon vanilla extract

1 tea spoon cinnamon

 

Instructions: Mash the bananas, then add the eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon into it. Mix well and cook the batter on a pan. 

 

 

#2 Cinnamon roll pancake

 

Ingredients:

1 egg

2 table spoon milk

½ cup oats

½ tea spoon baking powder

½ cup Greek yogurt

½ tea spoon cinnamon

1 table spoon brown sugar

1 table spoon coconut oil

 

Instructions: Blend the oats, eggs, milk, baking powder, and Greek yogurt together. Separate from that, mix the cinnamon, brown sugar, and coconut oil together. Pour the batter onto a pan and squeeze the cinnamon sugar mixture on it. 

 

 

#3 Blueberry pancake

 

Ingredients:

⅔ cup Greek yogurt

½ ripe banana

½ cup oats

1 egg

1 tea spoon vanilla extract

1 tea spoon baking powder

½ tea spoon cinnamon

½ cup fresh blueberries

 

Instructions: Blend the Greek yogurt, banana, oats, egg, vanilla extract, baking powder, and cinnamon together. Pour the batter onto a pan and place a few blueberries in it. 

 

 

#4 Chocolate and peanut butter pancake

 

Ingredients:

1 cup milk

1 egg

¼ cup peanut butter

1 cup wheat flour

¼ tea spoon salt

2 tea spoon baking powder

½ cup dark chocolate chips

 

Instructions: Mix the egg, milk, and peanut butter. Separately, mix the wheat flour, salt, and baking powder together. Combine both mixtures after that and add in the chocolate chips. Pour the final batter into a pan to cook.
