This message is here for you for a very special reason. It's because we feel that YOU or YOUR ORGANISATION are able to contribute to a good cause.
EcoKnights is running a community service programme in four states, Penang, KL, Pahang and Johor.
Identifying homes that have not been painted for more than 10 years, we have secured low VOC (volatile organic compounds) paints to help us bring a face lift to the homes of disabled children, children with mental disorders, and abused/abandoned children.
Whether as an individual, a group, a department in your organization or the entire organization, there are a million and one ways to help out. Here are some ways we'd like to share with you:
Volunteer with us on the dates mentioned in the flyer to help paint their homes
Donate essential items for the home, like toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, sanitary pads, etc), dishwashing liquid, clean towels, electronic equipment (e.g. fan, lightbulbs, etc. P/S Please make sure it's in working condition)
Come to the homes, spend some time with the children and play some games with them (or read them a story book)
If you are keen to sign up, please call or SMS our green administrator Jo ( please refer to flyer for his mobile number) and let him know which home you'd like to volunteer for. You can also opt to email him at khir75@gmail.com.
It's as easy as that.

Jumble Sales Collection

Pantai On Wheels (POW), a cycling club set up by staff of Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh will be organizing a jumble sale collection in line with the hospital's Food Fair and Jumble Sales to be held on August 4th, 2010 (Wed). We welcome the public to contribute new and old belongings that are usable and still in good condition.
